Our dear Mother, Grandmother, Partner, and Friend - Sandra Walker, passed away on the 19th of
February 2007 after a very short illness. Sandra was 46 when she passed away.
Sandra, the long term partner of Gordon, Mum to Lianne, Martin, Claire, and the late Julie Walker,
Grandmother of Ryan, and friend to all who knew and loved her.
We could speak for days of all the good times that we've shared with Sandra. There are so many
memories we've all got, and are grateful for these memories. Words can't describe the pain we feel
at her loss, and we have created this page as a tribute to Sandra, so that there is a place we can
all visit, to share our love, stories, and great memories of this wonderful woman.

Just wanted to let you know how the girls are Sandra,well they're doin good but its scary how grown up they are. I remember you when Lianne started towering over you in height and you said wait till Julie grows up she'll be the same well Sandra she is, she is at the bleedin dancin tonight 'oh joy'. You would be so proud of the them,we always said we would turn out 4 beautifull girls and we did. (and lovely Martin of course) love u forever lesxxxxx

Today is the day that I first spoke to you about in November 2006, and you were the second person that I told about it, before I even told my own Mum. The reason you were one of the first that I told was because I knew you've give me your honest opinion, and keep it to yourself.
Well, my Civil Partnership to Neil is here, and it breaks my heart that you aren't here to share in what I'm sure will be a great day.
If I only knew that after I told you my news that we'd have only another three months together as special friends, I'd have did things so much different.
Wherever you are now Sandra, please look over us all today. I'll be thinking of you my friend.

Cannot believe that it is a year today that you were taken so suddenly. Came up to visit you and Julie yesterday - hope you liked the flowers. Keep an eye over your family today as they try and deal with the day - hopefully it will be as peaceful as can be.
Thank you for all the support and help when we lost Scott & Abbie, your advice got us through some of the hard times.
You will always be in our hearts and thoughts.

Can't believe that you have been gone a year tomorrow, we will be coming over to see you and Julie and will bring lovely flowers with us. All the family still miss you so much and even after a year its still not getting any easier.
I want you to know that your grandson is turning into the most wonderful clever wee boy any parent could ask for and that is testament to how i was raised so thank you so much for doing such a good job.

Sorry I've not posted in a while. As you can imagine, the time has just flown by since Christmas and New Year, and now the festivities are here for my pending Civil Partnership to Neil.
I can remember when I first hinted to you about our plans, and you knew straight away. We did plan for August 24th 2007, but after you passed away, I didn't want to do it as soon, as who was I gonny confide in, who would be totally impartial with their opinion?
We all miss you still so much, me, and all of your family. Wherever you are, I know you will be casting your eye over me to make sure everything goes well. You'll be in my thoughts that day, because when we get together at night to celebrate, the only one of my best mates who won't be there, is you.

Hi Mum sorry i haven't been on as you know i don't have a pc at home. Hope you were proud of me making xmas dinner! bet you and julie had a right laugh at me flapping about lol. I love and miss you loads still can't believe your gone sometimes, i still think of you every day and wish you were still here. Ryan had a great xmas but you'll know that anyway.
